Partner Agreement
Platform terms for Aruba experience operators · Updated 4 October 2026
This agreement sets out the basic relationship between Local Deals Aruba and operators presented on the platform. Separately agreed commercial terms remain applicable.
1. Platform role
Local Deals Aruba provides discovery, presentation and links or integrations to an operator’s booking flow. Unless agreed otherwise, the operator remains responsible for delivering the experience and its booking contract with the traveller.
2. Accurate operator information
The operator must provide current business, experience, eligibility, meeting or pickup, availability, pricing, tax, cancellation and safety information.
3. Booking systems and pricing
Where Bókun or another live booking system is connected, that system is the primary source for bookable availability and current booking prices. Local Deals Aruba should not intentionally maintain a conflicting duplicate price.
4. Photography and content
The operator confirms it has rights to supplied media and permits Local Deals Aruba to use it to present and promote the relevant experience. Media that cannot be confidently matched may be withheld.
5. Fulfilment
The operator is responsible for fulfilment, required permits, safety, insurance where applicable, customer service, cancellations and refunds unless separately agreed otherwise.
6. Commercial terms
Commission, referral, placement or other fees must be agreed separately. Applying for a listing does not itself create a fixed commission obligation.
7. Privacy
Each party is responsible for the personal data it processes. Third-party booking providers may apply their own privacy terms.
8. Quality and removal
Local Deals Aruba may pause or remove experiences with materially inaccurate information, broken booking flows, safety or trust concerns, or where platform quality requirements are no longer met.
9. Intellectual property
Each party retains ownership of its own branding and original content.
